Available shipping destinations, delivery methods, and charges are shown at checkout based on the items in your cart and your delivery address. Please review these details before completing your purchase. If checkout does not offer a shipping option for your address, contact us before ordering.

Order preparation and delivery timing

Order preparation and carrier transit are separate stages. Preparation time can vary by product and availability. Check the product page for any item-specific preparation information. For a current dispatch estimate, or if you need an order by a particular date, email ForbiddenFruitsHerbal@gmail.com before purchasing.

Any carrier transit estimate applies after the package is handed to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, and customs processing can affect arrival. Selecting a faster shipping service does not necessarily shorten order preparation.

Order updates and tracking

Use your order confirmation and any shipment updates to follow your order. When tracking is available, the carrier's tracking page provides delivery progress. If you cannot find an update, email us with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Delivery address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully, including apartment or unit numbers. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has been prepared or shipped.

Delayed, missing, or damaged deliveries

If a delivery is late, tracking stops updating, or a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can review the issue. For damaged or incorrect items, include photos of the item and packaging, and keep the packaging while we review your request.

International orders

International shipping is available only where an eligible option appears at checkout. Customs processing may add time. Review any duties or import taxes shown at checkout; your local authorities or carrier may assess additional charges that were not collected with your order.
